Drying ladle test is a protective measure to avoid cracking caused by rapid rise of refractory bricks. First of all, the heater is lifted into the vacuum ladle and sent to the power supply.

In the first stage, 50 degrees should be kept for 12 hours. Set the temperature on the operating platform is 50 degrees, set heating time is 12 hours.

The second stage, 100 degrees, need to maintain 12 hours. Set the temperature on the operating platform is 100 degrees, set heating time is 12 hours.

The third stage, 150 degrees, need to maintain 12 hours. Set the temperature on the operating platform is 150 degrees, set heating time is 12 hours.

The fourth stage, 200 degrees, need to maintain 12 hours. Set the temperature on the operating platform is 200 degrees, set heating time is 12 hours.

The fifth stage, 250 degrees, need to maintain 120 hours. Set the temperature on the operating platform is 250 degrees, set heating time is 120 hours.

After the heater is lifted out, the professional operator uses the strong light to observe the lining from the manhole to the package. If the surface has abnormal crack (length over 5cm, width is more than 5mm, depth is more than 5cm), it should be solved as soon as possible after communicating with the relevant technical personnel. After the treatment, fifth stages of heating are carried out, and the records are made.
